Campestre magazine was created in 1982, with its original purpose being the promotion of Tijuana's prestigious Country Club.

Due to its growing demand and the vision of adapting to better serve its community, the Magazine was later transformed, providing its readers wide range of articles in the areas of politics, economics, culture, and society.

Its articles, design, and printing quality excellence earned the Magazine the "Gran Premio America a la Calidad y el Servicio (America Grand Prize for Quality and Service)" in 1997.

Today, the Magazine's traditional readers are mainly businessmen, executives, managers, and professionals.
